Microsoft Surface Laptop (2024, 13.8″, 1TB SSD)
For everyday work, the Surface Laptop should feel smooth and responsive. The Snapdragon X Plus platform is designed to prioritize efficiency, quiet operation, and long battery life, while the Adreno integrated graphics are suitable for display output, media playback, and light creative tasks. Some specialist legacy Windows apps may still favor x86 systems, but mainstream productivity use should be strong. Red below for more info, or see the bottom of this page for additional laptop deals.
What we like about this Microsoft Surface Laptop
Snapdragon X Plus efficiency
The Snapdragon X Plus 10-core processor is the main technical highlight here. It is designed for strong everyday performance with excellent efficiency, making this Surface Laptop well suited to office work, web browsing, video calls, content consumption, and AI-assisted Windows features. Because it is an ARM-based Copilot+ PC, it is also built around modern AI workloads and low-power responsiveness.

High-resolution 13.8-inch touchscreen
The 13.8-inch touchscreen has a 2304 x 1536 resolution, which gives it a sharper, taller workspace than many standard 1080p laptops. The 3:2-style format is especially useful for productivity because it shows more vertical space when working in documents, spreadsheets, browsers, and email. Touch input also makes Windows feel more flexible for scrolling, note-taking, and casual navigation.
16GB RAM and 1TB SSD are generous
This configuration is well balanced for productivity thanks to 16GB RAM and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The memory should be enough for heavy browser use, Microsoft 365 apps, video calls, and multitasking, while the 1TB SSD offers much more storage than the 256GB or 512GB configurations common in ultraportables. That makes it better suited to users who keep lots of files locally.
Who should pick up this Microsoft Surface Laptop deal?
This Surface Laptop is best for students, professionals, remote workers, and everyday users who want a slim Windows laptop with strong battery potential, a sharp touchscreen, and Copilot+ AI features. It is not a gaming laptop, but it should be very good for productivity, travel, and general use.
