Key features of this ABS Cyclone Aqua RTX 5060 gaming PC
RTX 5060 graphics card
This build features an RTX 5060, which is one of the best graphics cards you can get if you’re after excellent FHD and solid 1440p gaming performance but want to keep overall build costs closer to the $1,000 mark. This card features 8GB of faster, higher bandwidth GDDR7 VRAM, 4th-gen ray tracing cores, and 5th-gen tensor cores, which result in a significant performance leap from the RTX 4060 and a very notable leap from the RTX 3060. For content creation, you’ve got features like Nvidia Broadcast, which leverages AI to turn practically any environment into a studio, and 9th-gen Nvidia Encoders, which can help improve export times for faster content creation workflows. Overall, for gaming, especially high-framerate 1080p, and some lighter to moderately demanding workflows, like video and photo editing, this is a great card for the price.
Intel Core 5 processor 120
You’ve got an Intel Core 5 processor 120 in this PC, which is a Raptor Lake-based, budget-friendly CPU. It’s a basic option in many senses, that gives you what you’d need for esports and high fps gaming, and productivity, alongside some light content creation work, too, which makes it a decent pairing for the RTX 5060. It features 6 cores, 12 threads, a boost clock of 4.5Ghz and 18MB L3 cache, with a base TDP of 65W, making it an efficient option to go for, and a solid choice for smaller PC builds like this one, which don’t have super hardcore cooling systems and tonnes of airflow.

32GB of DDR4 and 1TB of storage
This PC packs 32GB of DDR4, which, while slower than DDR5, is still excellent for this type of RTX 5060 build. It’s going to give you a load of headroom for new AAA releases, help with multitasking, and ensure everything feels responsive and snappy when working with larger and more complex files in applications like Premiere Pro. You’ve also got a decent amount of storage, coming in at 1TB, which is ample if you’re not looking to build a huge gaming library or overspend on space you may not use anytime soon.
Things to consider
Grabbing an RTX 5060 gaming PC for under $1,000 usually means you’re going to be getting a slightly more basic CPU and almost always DDR4 RAM, but I’d say it’s still worth shopping around, as you may not have to settle for something with a small L3 cache and very low core count. This AOACE gaming PC is under $1,000 right now at Newegg and comes with a Ryzen 5 5700X, which has a boost clock of 4.6GHz, a large 32MB L3 cache, 8 cores, and 16 threads, but the trade-off is that you’re getting less RAM (16GB). For the best value RTX 5060 PCs, I tend to find that Yeyian, ABS, Skytech, and some of MSI’s entry-level options deliver the goods.
