What made this KOTIN gaming PC stand out
Ryzen 7 9700X and RX 9070 XT deliver insane performance and value
This is a high-value CPU and GPU combo that has enough power to handle anything efficiently. The 9700X comes with 8 cores and 16 threads and can be pushed to operate at 105W, giving it more punching power. This allows it to multitask efficiently without compromising any single process. It delivered pretty decent performance in our Ryzen 7 9700X review, and that was when it was limited to 65W.
We have also put the ASUS Prime RX 9070 XT OC through its paces, so we are very well aware of what it is capable of. It can easily run titles like Cyberpunk 2077 at native 4K and dominates the likes of the RTX 5070 when it comes to productivity and AI workflows. With 16GB VRAM, it can house large datasets and complex 4K textures without running out of space, but the main driving force is the RDNA 4 architecture, which gives it its amazing price-to-performance ratio.
Large smart display for easy monitoring
The 11.3″ smart display on the side of this gaming PC gives it an amazing look. Besides that, the ports are also on the side, so it is designed in a way where a sideways orientation fits it better. This display comes with different themes, meaning you can change it to your liking, and it showcases the CPU and GPU usage, temperature, SSD status, etc. So, this eliminates the need for an overlook software that tells you all this data in real-time.
360mm AIO cooler drives this build to perform better
Since the 9700X can ramp up to 105W, and even after that you have the option for PBO or manual overclocking, a robust 360mm AIO cooler makes sense. This will ensure that the processor doesn’t overheat and that the entire system keeps operating in a stable manner even under sustained loads. This also gives you the option to upgrade further, but the 9700X will keep this system firing efficiently for years to come.
WiFi 7 ensures a seamless online experience
WiFi 7 takes wireless networking to the next level with its technologies such as 4K-QAM, 320Mhz channels, MLO, higher bandwidth, and the ability to deliver faster speeds. So, if you have a WiFi 7 router, you can easily play online games with low latency, stream 4K content without buffering, and download or upload large files from the cloud at a blazing-fast speed. However, despite all this, nothing beats a wired connection.
