An 850W PSU allows for future upgrades, while liquid cooling allows for better performance overhead
Taking the current components installed, an 850W PSU has a good overhead to support upgrades, as you should be able to install an RTX 5080 without running into power issues. However, the overhead for overclocking would lessen, which wouldn’t be the case with the current hardware. However, this is a nice component to have and gives this build a layer of future-proofing.
The 360mm AIO cooler can’t be ignored as it allows the 9700X to perform at its best without worrying about thermal throttling. You can also overclock it, as this cooler is built to handle flagship offerings, so the 9700X shouldn’t give it much trouble.
