Like many good motherboards, the ASRock Phantom Gaming X870E Nova WiFi has no snappy model name. But it should have our attention for new builds using AMD’s 7000, 8000, or 9000 series CPUs. It’s a top option with plenty of connectivity and a lot to like.

First and foremost, this board is much more affordable now: its full $470 list price was spotted as recently as late March, and while we’ve seen it for $400 at Amazon, it’s even lower at Newegg. At $350, it’s 26% below its list price, which is excellent. So, if you want a great X870E motherboard for a fair bit less, this is a good price for one of the best.
