Table of Contents
This ASUS ROG Strix QD-OLED gaming monitor is now down to its lowest price in 30 days on Amazon, coming in at $569.00, which is not too far off its record low of $534.00, according to price-tracking data.
So what does this monitor bring to the table? Well, it’s actually pretty straightforward, in all honesty. As mentioned, it’s a QD-OLED display, so you’re getting super deep blacks, amazing contrast, bright highlights, and broad and accurate color. It’s 360Hz with a 0.03ms response time, which means competitive gaming framerates and super smooth motion clarity. And it’s QHD and 27 inches, so you’re getting exceptional sharpness and picture quality without the need for a 4K-ready GPU or display. There are a few extras that put this monitor further into the premium realm and give it some excellent productivity and creative workstation capabilities, too, but in essence, it’s a monitor designed for high refresh rate QHD gaming and making AAA games look their best.

Things to consider before buying
The only thing I’d recommend considering is whether you need something at 360Hz or not. There are loads of QD-OLED QHD options that come in at 240Hz and 280Hz nowadays, and they’re typically between $350 and $450, respectively. This monitor is going to be well suited to something like an RTX 5080, but used for QHD, or an RTX 5070 Ti, for that matter. However, I’d probably lean towards a 280Hz model for an RTX 5070 Ti or RX 9070 XT, personally, just to save a bit more cash for other elements of my setup.
