ASRock has another BIOS update to fix Ryzen CPU issues, accepts responsibility for CPU & motherboard damage

ASRock has been under fire for a little while now, due to reports of Ryzen processors failing while paired with ASRock motherboards. The company did release BIOS updates to address the 9800X3D deaths and recently dropped another update, which seemed to have worked, but with a slight trade-off in gaming performance and power draw.
In yet another update, following Computex, ASRock Korea also addressed the burning issue and released yet another BIOS update, which might be the final nail in the coffin to bury this problem forever, all the while accepting responsibility.
ASRock 3.25 BIOS update
In a recent official statement by ASRock Korea via QuasarZone, they reported that the new 3.25 BIOS update is based on AMD AGESA 1.2.0.3d, which aims to enhance the compatibility and the Precision Boost Overdrive for Ryzen 9000 processors.
This is crucial since some motherboards were ready for PBO out of the box, but most likely pushed the CPUs beyond their limit, which caused them to fail. We've also tested the ASRock X870 Steel Legend, but didn't come across any issues during our time with the new AMD board.
The chances of malfunction can be low, but not zero, and not everyone experiences the same issues. ASRock also reassured its consumer base by saying:
“ASRock is constantly monitoring the performance and stability of the platform, and will provide firmware updates promptly if any issues are identified. In addition, if damage occurs to the system you are using due to this issue, we promise to take responsible action for both CPUs and motherboards distributed through official domestic importers , and please contact the official ASRock Korea distributor for diagnosis and processing.
ASRock Korea will continue to listen to the voices of our customers and do our best to remain a trustworthy brand.”

This is a great step by ASRock because the community (obviously) doesn't want to experience their high-end processors burning up. AMD has the upper hand: gamers and professionals alike are opting for Team Red CPUs. The bulk of the issues are related to X3D processors, which are favored by gamers for excellent performance; the Ryzen 7 9800X3D remains a go-to right now, while he high-end Ryzen 9 options offer something a little more on the productivity side of things.
