Custom PC builders PowerGPU announce rebrand and new partnership for gaming PC giveaways

After six years of operation, custom gaming PC builders PowerGPU have announced an overhaul to the brand. You’ll often find them showing off their latest eye-catching builds on social media. The revamp comes after “months of planning,” according to founder Jese Martinez, and includes a new logo, website, and a brand-new partnership.
The brand is partnering with popular streamer Nick Kolcheff, otherwise known as Nickmercs, to give away multiple PowerGPU gaming PCs using parts from the streamer’s old rigs – all cleaned up and brought up to standard. We’ll have to wait and see exactly what hardware these giveaway PCs are fitted with.
The new era of PowerGPU
“We’ve started a new project which we haven’t officially launched as of yet, but Nick was so grateful that he gave back five of his old gaming PCs for us to clean up, reformat, get it pretty much optimized the PowerGPU way and give it back to you all as a community. So starting today [October 10], live of his stream, he’s going to be giving out one of the PCs, of many, that we’re going to be giving away together with Nickmercs.”
Jese Martinez, PowerGPU founder
Like we said, it’s not clear the exact specs just yet, but hopefully they’re fitted with some top GPUs and CPUs for gaming despite being reused parts. The brand has built up quite a large community over the past few years and has collaborated with a bunch of big streamers in the past, so it’s no surprise to see them teaming up with Nickmercs.
Later today, the brand will release a behind-the-scenes look at their collaboration with Nickmercs, where they reveal two brand-new custom gaming PCs. So watch out for that, and while you wait, you can check out the streamer’s livestream on Twitch for more details about the PC giveaways.
