It’s safe to say that Fallout: London has been a massive success. Coming from a small development team, it’s a fan-made overhaul mod for Fallout 4 and has impressed since launch. You can find out how to install and play it here or check out this script for Steam Deck users which makes installation much easier on the handheld.

There’s plenty of content to work your way through in this DLC-sized mod, but now there’s a new way to play thanks to ‘NAT20’ – a dice roll mod to play around with. Created by C3Delight (also known as SunnyDelight), Fallout: London’s lead 3D artist, it is now available for download on Nexus mods.

NAT20, or Natural 20, is a dice roll mod designed for use with Fallout: London. A mod within a mod? Crazy. Anyway, posting on the official Team FOLON Discord server, SunnyDelight says that NAT20 is primarily designed for streamers and Fallout: London players “who wish to spice up their play-through with some randomness”.

Once downloaded, you can install it via a mod manager of your choice. Once added, the “Very Large D20 Dice” will be added to your inventory under the AID section and you can add it to your favorites, allowing you to activate it any time with a keybind.

Dice roll outcomes

With a total of 853 possible outcomes, it’s clear to see that this RNG mod will spice up the gameplay quite a bit. Each number on the D20 correlates to a different effect, with randomly generated outcomes within. The mod page details everything you need to know, as summarized below:
