Nvidia has now confirmed that GeForce Now will launch in India in November. This follows Thailand as the latest region to get access. No specific date has been given, but it should be announced as we get closer to release.

After a long wait, and a previous promise of launch in Q1 2025, GeForce Now is finally coming to India. We still don’t know exactly when, so potential cloud gamers in the region will have to wait and see what “soon” actually means. Nvidia has announced out a bunch of massive upgrades to GFN during Gamescom this year, even telling us it is the “Biggest upgrade for GFN ever in the past 10 years”.

The biggest news is the upgrade to RTX 5080 hardware, which unlocks the potential of DLSS 4 and Multi Frame Generation over the cloud. Handheld gamers also get to enjoy improved FPS; the Steam Deck now supports 90 FPS and the Legion Go S does 120. Along the India announcement, Nvidia has also provided us with a list of all the new games coming to GFN this week.

GeForce Now coming to “one of the world’s largest gaming markets”

It’s no secret that mobile gaming is a massive market in India, so GeForce Now expanding to the region seems like a no-brainer. The 50 series upgrade is coming in September, so we might be able to expect the service in India within a similar timeframe.

GeForce NOW Lands in India

GeForce NOW is going global this Thursday, with NVIDIA announcing that GeForce NOW will soon be available in India, extending the premium gaming service to an even larger audience than before. Soon, members in one of the world’s largest gaming markets will be able to stream their favourite titles across nearly any device with high-performance, no downloads and no installs.
