Intel regularly releases updates for its GPU drivers, and these updates often include improvements and fixes to address issues that users are encountering. Whether it’s fixing bugs, improving stability, or optimizing game performance, these updates are designed to ensure that users get the best experience possible.

In some cases, these driver updates also bring notable performance boosts for specific games, and the latest Intel Arc driver is no different, as it can help you get more FPS in the latest Call of Duty title – Black Ops 6.

What does the update offer?

Recently, Intel released driver version 32.0.101.6651, which brings important fixes and improvements. After installing the update, players will no longer experience crashes when running Black Myth: Wukong (DX12) with Full Ray Tracing enabled during benchmark tests. On top of that, the GFXBench benchmark, which also experienced crashes in certain cases, is now stable with the latest driver update.

While the fixes are great for certain problems, the real highlight of this update is the significant performance boost it provides for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. With the latest Intel Arc driver (32.0.101.6651), players can expect up to a 15% average uplift in performance at 1080p with Extreme settings and up to a 12% average FPS improvement at 1440p with Extreme settings, when compared to the previous driver version (32.0.101.6647).

Players can now expect smoother gameplay, better frame rates, and an overall more enjoyable experience. With these optimizations, Intel is showing that its Arc graphics cards are becoming more competitive. Along with offering this performance boost, the update also adds support for Assassin’s Creed Shadows on Intel Arc B-Series and A-Series GPUs, as well as Intel Core Ultra with built-in Arc GPUs.
