RTX 5070 Ti
- Board: PG147-SKU60
- GPU Die: GB203-300-A1
- CUDA Cores: 8,960
- VRAM: 16 GB GDDR7, 256-bit
- TBP: 300W
RTX 5070
- Board: PG146-SKU70
- GPU Die: GB205-300-A1
- CUDA Cores: 6,144
- VRAM: 12 GB GDDR7, 192-bit
- TBP: 250W
As you can see above, the RTX 5070 Ti is expected to offer more VRAM than its predecessor, the 4070 Ti, along with GDDR7 memory. Despite these improvements, it comes with only a 15W higher TBP. On the other hand, the RTX 5070 will have the same VRAM size as its predecessor but a better memory type. Additionally, it will feature a 50W higher TBP. This may disappoint some, especially those who were hoping for a memory upgrade with the RTX 5070.
In any case, it is important to keep in mind that these are not official specs, so you should take them with a pinch of salt. Nvidia is expected to reveal the RTX 50-series during the CES 2025 event, which will kick off in the first week of January.
