The Nvidia GeForce Experience app, which has been the go-to application for every Nvidia user since its launch, will soon be replaced by the Nvidia App. The company has been gradually adding new features to make it a one-stop solution for everything, and they have introduced yet another set of features that have taken it to the next level.

New features and improvements in the Nvidia App

First, we have Display Settings. This addition brings a much-needed level of customization to users. Now, you can adjust your display settings directly from the Nvidia App, eliminating the need to delve into complex system settings. Whether it’s adjusting resolution, refresh rate, or color profiles, you can now do it seamlessly. Nvidia also claims that they are planning to add more features like G-Sync controls, surround options, custom resolutions, and the much-demanded multi-monitor support in the future.

Next, we have RTX Video Super Resolution. This feature utilizes the power of AI to upscale lower-resolution video content, resulting in a sharper, more detailed picture. It will transform SDR videos playing in internet browsers to HDR, so you will no longer have to worry about watching low-quality videos. You can also fine-tune the VSR experience to your liking, as it offers options for different levels of upscaling and image quality.

The new features will greatly benefit both gamers and professional content creators. Gamers can use the display settings to optimize the visuals and performance, while RTX VSR can improve the quality of in-game cutscenes and streaming by removing compression artifacts and sharpening the edges. On the other hand, content creators will be able to quickly adjust the colors and various other settings using the new features.

Nvidia has also introduced several new changes and improvements based on feedback from multiple users. They’ve added a new filtering option, thanks to which you can now sort the games and apps on your system alphabetically. On top of that, new languages have been added to the app to improve the experience of users living in different countries. Finally, the Statistics Overlay will now show 1% Low FPS and other important stats like CPU usage and latency. Also, if you’d like to try out Nvidia’s new chatbot, ChatRTX, you can download it now from the home tab.
