In a pre-brief meeting with Nvidia ahead of Computex (which has now started following CEO Jensen Huang’s keynote earlier today), the company called DLSS 4 the “fastest adopted” version of the AI-powered technology. With over 125 games and apps now supported by Team Green’s latest version of the tech, the new milestone shows that many developers are fully on board with DLSS 4.
The company has been sure to partner with developers to provide support on day one; DOOM: The Dark Ages is a recent example. DLSS 4 originally launched with 75 games & apps supported at launch, and Nvidia says DLSS 4 has the 125 milestone two years faster than last-gen DLSS 3.
10 new games announced for DLSS 4
As part of its Computex announcements, Nvidia has highlighted a number of existing and upcoming games getting DLSS 4 support. Portal with RTX got upgraded on May 18th, including the addition of RTX Neural Radiance Cache. The DLSS 4 upgrade also includes Multi Frame Generation, arguably the biggest selling point in its feature set.
