Samsung Galaxy Unpacked start time, countdown clock, and what to expect from the S26 launch
Table of Contents
Samsung’s latest Galaxy Unpacked event is happening later today, taking place in San Francisco this Wednesday. While the Korean tech giant hasn’t officially given much away, we have a pretty good idea of what will be on show during the presentation. We’ve put together everything you need to know ahead of time in this guide.
The biggest thing to look forward to is the new Galaxy S26 series launch, which has been the center of several leaks in the days and weeks leading up to the event. Samsung tends to make its new tech available for pre-order during or immediately after the Unpacked presentation, so we shouldn’t have to wait long; some S26 pre-order bonuses have already been leaked.

We’ve also stuck a countdown clock above, so you can keep track of exactly when it starts – to the second. Once the timer expires, it will disappear. In other words, if you don’t see one, then that means the event has already started or is already over. The good news is, if you missed it, Samsung will likely keep a VOD of the livestream available on its YouTube channel.
Where to watch Galaxy Unpacked and what to expect
As we said above, the Galaxy Unpacked presentation will be livestreamed on Samsung’s official YouTube channel. You’ll also be able to catch it at Samsung.com or the Samsung Newsroom website if you prefer. These events are usually around an hour long, so we expect the same for this February’s edition.
As for what to expect, there are several tech reveals rumored ahead of time. We’ve already mentioned the Galaxy S26 smartphones, but another key launch is said to be the new Galaxy Buds 4. Here’s a list of what may be featured at the event, based on current leaks and rumors:
- Samsung Galaxy S26 series

Last week, we saw someone already get a hold of the new flagship S26 Ultra, unbox it, and show off its new privacy screen feature. The toggleable feature allows users to limit the viewing angle of the screen to prevent others from peeping.
