There’s only one Founders Edition GPU available at Nvidia’s US store, and it’s $100 off

It has now been about a week and a half since the launch of the RTX 50 series, kicking off with the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080. Those two cards went immediately out of stock and will remain that way for weeks to come – one popular UK retailer suggests it could even be months away, at least for the flagship 5090. Nvidia’s Founders Edition cards are often the most hotly contested, and finding one in stock is no easy feat.
While the 50 series will remain out of stock for a little while (even the upcoming RTX 5070 Ti could have “very limited” stock), you might want to look back to the 40 series, especially if you’re well overdue a GPU upgrade. While these cards are getting increasingly harder to find after being discontinued, one card remains listed at the Nvidia US store – the RTX 4060 Ti. Better yet, it’s even on sale, dropping $100 below its $499 MSRP.

RTX 4060 Ti spotted in stock on the Nvidia website
At the time of writing, there is only one Founders Edition card available on the Nvidia website (at least in the US). It’s the 8GB RTX 4060 Ti, which isn’t the most popular GPU out there, but is certainly good value for money while it’s on offer. It usually retails at $499, but you can get it for just $399. The 8GB VRAM card offers a 2.54GHz boost clock, 4,352 CUDA cores, and DLSS 3 with Frame Generation.
We reviewed a Zotac RTX 4060 Ti last year and were happy with its 1080p and 1440p performance in a variety of games, especially with support for DLSS 3 and Frame Generation technologies. However, don’t expect amazing performance at 4K. Here’s how the card performed in our benchmarks at the time.
