CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme VR Gaming PC

Intel Core i5-13400F 2.5GHz, GeForce RTX 4060 8GB, 16GB DDR5, 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD, WiFi Ready & Windows 11 Home

What are you getting for $759.99?

Before making any purchase, including getting a pre-built PC, it is always recommended to check the specifications to get a good idea of what you're paying for and the level of performance you can expect. So, we'll take a look at the major components of this CyberPowerPC build.

CPU: Intel Core i5-13400F

This pre-built PC has the Intel Core i5-13400F powering its various operations. It features 10 cores and 16 threads. The ten cores are divided between 6 performance cores and 4 efficient cores. How they work is that the E-cores handle background processes and minor tasks. When a resource-intensive workflow comes along, the P-cores kick in as they have a higher clock speed and are physically larger.

After that workflow is dealt with, the E-core takes over again, and this dynamic ensures you get great performance and efficiency simultaneously. This CPU has a maximum boost clock of 4.6 GHZ, a 20 MB L3 cache, and a max TDP of 148W. While its thermal output shouldn't be too much, it is always better to be safe than sorry, and using the best thermal paste won’t hurt.

Lastly, this processor’s “F” moniker means that it lacks integrated graphics – not a problem though as the RTX 4060 is part of the build. It also has no “K” suffix, meaning it can't be overclocked. It is paired with a B760 motherboard, which is a budget chipset that doesn't support overclocking like higher-end chipsets such as Z790.

GPU: RTX 4060

The RTX 4060 is an entry-level graphics card that is perfect for 1080p and 1440p gaming, as we found during our RTX 4060 review. It features 8GB of GDDR6X VRAM, 3072 CUDA cores, a boost clock of 2.46 GHz, and a base clock of 1.83 GHz.

We tested this GPU in-house against a number of titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Far Cry 6, Rainbow Six Siege, and more. It delivered excellent 1080p and 1440p performance across them all, but pushing 4K is too much for this card, given its comparatively humble specifications.

That said, this pre-built PC is a budget option, and for that, this card is a perfect choice. It'll run almost any game, and for better results at FHD or QHD, you can even leverage DLSS 3

RAM: 16GB DDR5

The total memory capacity in this PC is 128GB, as four RAM slots are available. However, it comes with only 16GB DDR5 RAM, which should be more than enough for FHD or QHD gaming. That said, you always have the option to install more RAM sticks to boost the system's performance.

Connectivity

This PC comes with wireless connectivity; though it only supports WiFi 5, it should be enough for streaming and gaming as long as you have a strong connection. As for wired connectivity options, you have one 1G LAN port, which is great for gaming, and besides that, you get the following ports:

  • 5 x USB 3.1
  • 4 x USB 2.0
  • HDMI
  • DisplayPort

Peripherals

Another nice thing about this deal is that it comes with an RGB keyboard and mouse. While they might not be highest-end peripherals, you're still getting them included in that $759.99 price tag, meaning you're potentially saving $100-$200 or maybe even more, depending on the mouse and keyboard you’d instead select.
