Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $20 sells out on Amazon, but these two retailers still have it at the old price
Table of Contents
Xbox Game Pass has been one of the most popular gaming subscriptions for years, but it has recently become the center of frustration for many players. You may know that Microsoft announced the price of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is going up, and fans are not happy. The Ultimate plan, which was $20 before, has now jumped to $30 a month – a 50% price increase.
Some retailers continued selling Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at the old price before the price hike fully rolled out. The first big store to make this obvious was GameStop. They are still offering 1-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes for $19.99 instead of the new $30 price. Xbox lets you stack up to 36 months of Game Pass Ultimate at once, so gamers have the chance to stock up on codes.
Amazon was another place to grab your monthly Ultimate codes for $20. However, the demand was so high that Amazon's discounted Game Pass Ultimate codes quickly sold out and are listed as “currently unavailable” at the time of writing. We don’t know if they’ll ever return at the $20 price point.

You can still get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $20
But if you were unable to grab a code from Amazon, don't worry, as GameStop is still selling them at $19.99. However, we suggest you act fast, as the stock at GameStop could also run out at any time. Once that happens, who knows whether it will come back in stock before the new $30 price tag is enforced.

Another option for those trying to save money is Loaded (formerly CD Keys). They're also offering a 1-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $20 and a 3-month subscription for $59.79. Again, as the demand for these codes is high, the stock can run out quickly, so make sure to grab them fast if you want to stock up before the price rises.
