What to expect from Xbox Gamescom day one

Xbox is celebrating 25 years of play at Gamescom this year, and the first broadcast will feature a long list of upcoming games. Expect gameplay footage, trailers, updates, and potentially some new announcements.

Games confirmed for day one include Minecraft Dungeons II, Gears of War: E-Day, Alien Deathstorm, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, Mega Man: Dual Override, Forza Horizon 6, Fable, Crazy Taxi: World Tour, Persona 4 Revival, Where Winds Meet, Star Wars: Galactic Racer, Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy, and Terrible Lizards.

Some of these games have already received plenty of attention, so fans could get a closer look at how they are shaping up. Gears of War: E-Day and Forza Horizon 6 are likely to be among the bigger highlights, while titles such as Persona 4 Revival, Fable, and Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis could also bring new footage or updates.

Xbox has two broadcasts planned across Gamescom, so day one is only the beginning. The event should give fans plenty to look forward to as Microsoft continues showcasing its upcoming lineup.
