The Google Pixel 10 release date is just around the corner, with pre orders likely to go live during the Made By Google launch event later today (click the link for our countdown to the event). The new launch will include the baseline Google Pixel 10, the Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL (as well as the Pixel 10 Fold, but we’ve a separate page for that). We’ll be putting all the listings from the major retailers in the US, UK, and Canada on this page to help you pick yours up ASAP. It’s unlikely the product will go out of stock, but you never know!

Although we haven’t yet seen listings for these products on the storefronts of online retailers, it’s only a matter of hours before we do, at least on some of them. Pre orders will likely go live on the Google Store and Amazon during/immediately after the launch event on August 20th, with the actual release date (which is also when pre orders will go out for delivery) being the following week, probably on the 28th (though this is just an estimate at this stage).

Will there be Pixel 10 pre orders?

Given that there have been pre orders available for the releases of previous-generation Google Pixel phones for years now, it’s very likely that the Pixel 10 series will be no different. We expect Pixel 10 pre orders to go live on the Google Store at the very least (plus probably on Amazon as well) as soon as the Made By Google launch event occurs at 10PM PDT / 1PM EDT / 6PM BST on August 20th, 2025.

Will the Pixel 10 be worth buying?

It seems like the base model Pixel 10 will be more of an incremental upgrade, with the new Tensor G5 chipset showing improved performance, but not a huge leap, based on the latest leaks. The biggest change seems to be the support of Pixelsnap wireless charging, plus the transition to eSIM from physical SIMs (which is arguably something of a downgrade). As a result, the standard Pixel 10 might not end up worth buying if you already have a Pixel 9; however, the new camera upgrades and battery upgrades for the Pro and Pro XL make them look a lot more appealing over the previous generation.

How much will the Google Pixel 10 cost?

The latest Google Pixel 10 price leaks indicate the following pricing is likely (although we’ll have to wait until the launch to know for sure): Pixel 10 $799 (128GB) / $899 (256GB). Pixel 10 Pro $999 (128GB) / $1,099 (256GB) / $1,219 (512GB) / $1,449 (1TB). Pixel 10 Pro XL $1,199 (256GB) / $1,319 (512GB) / $1,549 (1TB).
