The discount may be quite modest at just $100, but this Skytech gaming PC is amazing value at its new price of $1,499.99 on Amazon. On top of that, it features an Intel i7-14700F processor, which is a very high core count, powerful mid-range processor that’s well suited to the RTX 5060 Ti’s versatile capabilities. Key features of this Skytech Chronos 3 gaming PC

Intel i7-14700F processor for brilliant content creation and gaming performance

If you’re after a processor that’s great for gaming, content creation, and heavier multitasking, then the Intel i7-14700F is one of the best CPUs to go for, especially if you’re looking to keep costs down. It has 20 cores (8P and 12E), 28 threads, a boost clock speed of 5.4 GHz, and 33 MB of L3 cache. That’s an excellent combination that enables high-refresh-rate gaming at the RTX 5060 Ti’s target resolution and delivers punchy performance for demanding creative workflows, like 3D rendering and complex video editing. Its hefty core count also makes it brilliant for streaming, recording gameplay, and running background applications, like Discord, too. Check out our full review here for a deeper dive.

RTX 5060 Ti 16GB for excellent 1440p gaming performance and improved content creation capabilities

The RTX 5060 Ti 16GB is arguably one of the best graphics cards you can get if you’re looking to keep costs lower and get something more than just a great graphics card for high fps 1080p and 1440p gaming, like the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB, for instance. The card features improved 4th-gen ray tracing cores and 5th-gen tensor cores, but it’s its 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM that gives you much more headroom than 8GB, especially when it comes to more demanding games. For content creation, it’s pretty much essential for a smoother, faster experience if you’re working in 3D, working with DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. 1TB of storage and 16GB of DDR5 for a solid foundation and lower costs

This build opts for a smaller 1TB of storage, which is still fine for most people in all honesty, and it goes for 16GB of DDR5 instead of 32GB. Now this really helps keep costs down, especially with the price of RAM nowadays, and also enough to handle more demanding games, heavier creative workflows, edits on large files, and multitasking.

Things to consider

For an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB build, this is a pretty awesome price, but there are a couple of things to be aware of before going ahead. Firstly, you’ve got a 14th-gen CPU, so your upgrade path is a little limited if you’re sticking with the same motherboard. An Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, RTX 5060 Ti 16GB would be preferable from a future-proofing standpoint, but more expensive. It’s also worth noting that you can get an RTX 5070 build, albeit a lower-end option, for around the same price, which may be preferable if you’re looking for something more punchy for 1440p gaming, for instance.
