If you’re after an excellent gaming PC for QHD gaming with 4K capabilities, then this discounted Skytech Azure 3 is well worth checking out right now. It’s currently down $200 and coming in at a pretty competitive $1,899.99. That’s not bad at all considering what it brings to the table. You’ve got an RX 9070 XT, Ryzen 7 7700X, 16GB of DDR5, a 1TB SSD, and a 360mm AIO cooler in this build, which is a solid configuration for gaming that also has some headroom for future upgrades. Here’s a closer look at this PC’s key components and why it’s worth considering at its current price.

Standout features of this Skytech gaming Azure 3 gaming PC

RX 9070 XT graphics card

Boasting comparable raw performance to an RTX 5070 Ti and packing 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM, this is one of the best graphics cards from a price-to-performance perspective you can get. It’s built on the latest RDNA 4 architecture and benefits from improved ray tracing and AI capabilities, and there’s also FSR 4 upscaling available in supported titles, too.

Ryzen 7 7700X processor

This is a very good choice for this build from a gaming perspective, as it offers a 5.4GHz boost clock speed and a large 32MB L3 cache. This is going to ensure that gaming performance is excellent across the board, even with low-resolution, high fps gameplay, where larger L3 caches become more important. It has 8 cores and 16 threads, which is fine if you need something for lighter multitasking and creative workflows, but that’s not really the main focus of this build.

360mm AIO cooler

Brilliant to have in a build like this, even though it’s arguably a little overkill for the configuration. This is going to provide plenty of thermal headroom when you’re putting this system through its paces in marathon gaming sessions, and it should also reduce some strain on fan speeds for a quieter overall experience.

16GB of DDR5 and 1TB SSD

A more basic RAM and SSD combo, but one that allows you to keep costs down, without sacrificing performance much in the way of gaming performance or storage. A little spring cleaning from time to time should keep this SSD from filling up too quickly.

Is this PC right for you?

I’d say that if you’re primarily gaming in QHD, you want the flexibility to play some titles at high frame rates in FHD and 4K at sensible settings with the help of upscaling; this is a very good PC to go for. For multitasking and creative work, I’d personally opt for something with a higher core-count CPU, like an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus or something less expensive like an Intel i7-14700F.
