The TCL 98″ QD-mini LED 4K TV is an insane offering from the 2026 lineup that delivers a viewing experience with next-level immersion like nothing else. It is perfect for large spaces, but also requires a decent bit of distance so that you can appreciate its full potential, so keep that in mind. The 144Hz refresh rate, combined with exceptional features that enhance various aspects such as audio, sharpness, clarity, and more, gives it outstanding value as well. However, there is no doubt that this is a premium offering, but with this deal, you can get your hands on it for only $1,799.99 following an 18% price cut.
There are only 3 units left in stock, so if you’re interested, we’d recommend you check it out soon, but since Prime Day is around the corner, we might see a better price cut. However, that is a risk, and it might run out before that, so grabbing it right now will get you great value as well.

What we liked about this deal
It is perfect for a home theater setup
The humongous size of this 4K TV makes it a perfect fit for very specific use cases, and that is for a home theater. It has a QD-mini LED 98″ 4K panel that utilizes technologies and features like TCL Halo Control system, Local Dimming Pro, High Brightness Pro, Motion Rate 480, and a lot more to output the best visual quality possible. Also, the HVA matter panel also means that visual noise won’t dampen the experience, and with a robust sound system and its audio technologies like Dolby Atmos and more, you’ll have a cinema on your hands.

Regardless of whether you’re gaming or watching a movie, it’ll put you in the middle of all the action, and for its current price tag, we think it is a steal.
It doesn’t compromise on the audio quality
To begin with, it has an Onkyo 2.1 speaker system with a subwoofer, and when you add Dolby Atmos and DTS: Virtual X to the mix, you get crystal-clear, powerful, 3D audio that pairs perfectly with its visual capabilities. So, on its own, it can deliver great audio that shouldn’t make you feel like you’re missing out, but it wouldn’t make sense not to use a sound bar or home theater audio, as that would just make the entire setup incredible.
