What we liked about this gaming PC
Easy 1080p and 1440p gaming
The RX 9060 is the entry-level graphics card from the Radeon 9000 lineup and has amazing gaming performance. It can push 1440p without breaking a sweat and churn out high FPS even in graphically demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077. This is without calling in FSR 4 for reinforcements, and with that part of the equation, you can push the graphics limit to the next level. This is one of the best GPUs you can have on a budget.

32GB DDR4 RAM is good for multitasking
We were pleased to see that a budget gaming build didn’t have 16GB of RAM. While it is DDR4, having 32GB at your disposal makes taking care of multitasking, gaming, and some heavy processing a lot easier. You can open different apps in parallel without overcrowding the memory, and that allows the processor to keep pulling the next batch of data for processing according to its speed and processing capabilities.
Ryzen 5 5500 is more than enough to get the job done
This is a 6-core and 12-thread processor, so it isn’t a processing beast by any means, but it pairs well with the RX 9060 and won’t hold it back during gaming. During everyday use, this won’t cause any issues, and you can easily play music while browsing the web, have multiple tabs open, and more. That being said, it isn’t meant for tasks like 4K video editing, and the timeline will be excruciatingly slow, so dropping the resolution would be more in line with its abilities.
