What we like about this ASUS ROG Swift 32-inch gaming monitor deal
Premium DisplayHDR True Black 500 rating is a level up from your typical OLED monitor
For an OLED monitor to get this type of rating, it has to be a cut above the rest, as even some of the best OLEDs are ‘only’ True Black 400 certified. You’re essentially getting some of the best contrast, color, and peak brightness you can get, which is a game-changer – literally.

Is it good value for money?
This is a very high-end option to go for, and it’s not uncommon for these to be well over $1000, so this is a very good price point for this monitor. The big win here is getting something with a higher quality True Black 500 rating, combined with its super premium build quality and features for only a touch more than many of the True Black 400 competitors.
Things to consider
One thing you’ll want to consider is whether to explore less expensive options from the likes of MSI, for example. These are still very good, and come in at under $1,000 in most cases and would still pair very well with a high-end 4K gaming PC.
I‘d say that this MSI 4K gaming monitor would be my top alternative pick if you wanted to keep costs slightly lower. It’s currently $200 off and down to $999.99 at Newegg.
