Key features and highlights of the TP-Link Archer AX21
Powered by Wi-Fi 6 technology, the Archer AX21 provides combined wireless speeds of up to 1.8Gbps, with up to 1,200Mbps on the 5GHz band and 574Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. This extra bandwidth helps deliver smoother 4K streaming, faster downloads, and more responsive online gaming, while reducing network congestion compared to previous-generation routers.
The router is also well-suited for homes with multiple connected devices. Thanks to OFDMA technology, it can communicate with several devices simultaneously instead of serving them one at a time. Coverage is also great, as the router features four high-gain external antennas along with Beamforming technology, which directs the Wi-Fi signal toward connected devices instead of broadcasting it equally in every direction. This helps improve coverage and provides a stronger, more reliable connection in larger homes or rooms farther away from the router.
