Samsung’s 2026 75″ The Frame TV has now dropped to its lowest price ever on Amazon, with 15% off, coming in at $1,697.90. You’re likely aware of what The Frame lineup is all about, but here’s a quick run-through. These TVs are essentially designed to appear as if they’re framed pieces of art when idle, and they do so very convincingly due to their physical frame, matte, glare-free surface, and ultra-slim wall mount. It’s worth noting that since this isn’t the Pro version, which uses an external wireless box, wires are still visible from the TV itself, but with a few hacks, you can hide them.

As to how they stack up as TVs in their own right, they’re actually pretty impressive and tick off the most important boxes when it comes to performance and picture quality. For example, this model has a 144Hz refresh rate and a powerful NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor for upscaling and picture optimization. It’s a QLED TV, which is like an enhanced LED TV with better color. It’s not a Neo QLED, which is basically Samsung’s version of a mini-LED, but it’s still decent.

Large 75-inch display

At this size, you’re getting something that’s great for a more cinematic experience at home, but also makes for quite the statement art piece in your chosen room.

Powerful processor for improved picture quality on the fly

Samsung’s NQ4 AI Gen2 can basically use AI to make everything look better. It can make lower native resolution content look closer to 4K, make SDR content look closer to HDR, adjust audio for clarity in real time, and improve motion clarity in fast-moving scenes or with sports.

Pantone Validated ArtfulColor

When something is Pantone Validated, it’s incredibly accurate, which is very important when displaying artwork’s more nuanced color. Most TVs would simply oversaturate, turning some subtle Monet masterpiece into a somewhat bombastic, garish affair!

144Hz native refresh rate

This is high enough to ensure smooth motion when watching fast-paced content, and it’s also not bad for gaming on higher-end consoles like the PS5 or gaming PCs.

Is this TV right for you?

I’d say this TV is well worth it if you’re primarily going for something that blends in seamlessly with your interior design, is large enough to enjoy movies in a more home-theatre-like way, and offers decent picture quality and performance. It’s also a good pick over the Pro if you already have some ideas on how to hide the wires, but if that sounds like a bit of a hassle, I’d say invest in the Pro, for sure.

As for alternatives, there are countless options nowadays, many of which have no doubt been influenced by The Frame. Hisense’s CanvasTV is pretty good and relatively inexpensive, and LG’s Gallery TV is also well worth a look.
