Stunning 48″ Sony Bravia 6 OLED TV falls to a new record-low price on Amazon
Table of Contents
It looks like now is a very good time to score a Sony Bravia 6 OLED at its best price, as I’ve spotted yet another model at a new record low on Amazon. This time, it’s the 48-inch version, which is now coming in at $898.00 with a hefty 31% off its original list price. Now this TV really stands out from the crowd, and it’s always on my deals radar as I think it genuinely hits all the right beats for the price. This is a premium model, for sure, so it’s designed for those who firstly have the coin to spend, but also want something with outstanding picture quality, an advanced processor, unique Sony technology for improved visuals, strong gaming features, and a super sleek, stylish build. Also, at this size, it’s ideal for smaller spaces as a main display, and it also makes for a super high-end option for an office, bedroom, or guest room. Here’s a closer look at this TV’s key features.
What we like about this Sony 48-inch Bravia 6 OLED
Incredible OLED contrast
OLEDs‘ unique self-illuminating pixels are hard to beat when it comes to contrast, as they can essentially ‘turn off’ to show super deep, inky blacks, for much more lifelike visuals.
Robust gaming features
120Hz refresh rate, ALLM, and VRR make this TV prime to be paired with higher-end consoles like PS5 or a 4K-ready gaming PC capable of hitting well over 60fps in 4K.

Primed for movie nights and surround sound setups
You’ve got extensive HDR support here, which notably includes Dolby Vision, for stunning, dynamic HDR presentation. It also has Dolby Atmos support and DTS: X sound, which tees it up nicely to be paired with surround sound speakers and soundbars for a truly immersive audio experience.
Triluminos Pro for outstanding color and accuracy
This technology helps this TV reproduce a super broad range of colors, smoother transitions between similar hues, and ultimately more true-to-life visuals. This can make all the difference, especially with skin tones, watching nature documentaries, and playing atmospheric, immersive games.
Is this deal right for you?
This is a quality-over-size pick that’s actually competitively priced, so I genuinely think it’s going to be great for a lot of people in this regard. Personally, I think it’s overkill for a spare room, office, or bedroom, where you’d be way better off spending less than half the amount and grabbing a decent QLED, 60Hz 32-inch model instead. But that’s just my take. Overall, though, this Sony Bravia 6 OLED is well worth considering while it’s at its record-low price, and will deliver the goods across the board, and for years to come, too.
