CyberpowerPC prebuilts are excellent if you’re looking for something with a great price-to-performance ratio, that looks good, and boasts solid build quality. This build is going for $300 off and is $2,259.99 right now at Newegg, which is on the slightly higher side for an RX 9070 XT build, but it really doesn’t hold back when it comes to its configuration.
The RX 9070XT itself has 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM and can actually trade blows with the RTX 5070 Ti in terms of raw performance. It’s one of the best graphics cards for QHD, has solid 4K performance, is built on the latest RDNA 4 architecture, and boasts improvements to both its ray tracing and AI capabilities, too. That’s paired with the outstanding Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which is still one of the very best gaming CPUs on the market. The big thing here is that it has a huge 96MB L3 cache, which allows it to deliver exceptionally high framerates, with very low frame latency. It also has 8 cores and 16 threads, and can handle multitasking, running background applications, streaming, and various creative workflows easily, making it a good pick for gaming and content creators, in particular.
CyberpowerPC Gaming Desktop PC, AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
Where this PC really levels up is with its 32GB of DDR5, 2TB SSD, very impressive 1000W PSU, and liquid cooling system. You’re essentially getting an AM5 PC with a strong foundation that’s primed for upgrades, that has genuinely useful storage and enough RAM to accommodate modern AAA games and future releases.

For the price, it’s very competitive for a build that doesn’t really scale back in any area, and a very tempting alternative to an RTX 5070 Ti prebuild, which at this price point would likely have a lower-end CPU, PSU, and potentially less storage. I’d say that if you’re looking for something outstanding for QHD gaming, that’s going to look epic in your setup, and allow for future upgrades, then this is a very good way to go.
Things to consider before buying
This configuration is great, but it leans very hard into gaming performance rather than hybrid usage. It’s still good for this, but there are other Intel options that are going to be better suited if you’re splitting time between gaming, streaming, creative work, and heavy multitasking. I’d say for the same price, roughly, you could get an i7-14700F build, which has a much higher core and thread count than the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and will offer a more balanced experience, but won’t be as punchy for high fps gaming, especially at lower resolutions often used with esports and competitive gaming.
