This MSI 32-inch gaming monitor is now down to its lowest price in 30 days at Newegg, with a hefty $130 discount, and at the time of writing, there is a further $120 off with a promo code, dropping it down to just $709.99.
For the price, this monitor brings a lot to the table. It packs a 240Hz, QD-OLED display and has both VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black and ClearMR 13000 certifications due to its impressive color, brightness, and contrast, and extremely low motion blur. What we like about this MSI 32-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor
Top-end refresh rate for a 4K monitor
At 240Hz, this is about as high as you’re going to get for a 4K monitor, and it’s designed to accommodate some of the best graphics cards available. At this level, if your rig is powerful enough, you can game at up to 240fps at 4K, which isn’t possible for most, but does give you plenty of headroom and future proofing.
0.03ms response time ensures low motion blur
This is notably low for a 4K monitor, and its VESA Certified ClearMR 13000 rating should give you a lot of confidence that you’re going to be getting very little in the way of motion blur and ghosting when using this display. It’s a certification only earned by some of the very best gaming monitors on the market.
QD-OLED showcases games and content at their best
This display is a VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified, which basically means its brightness, contrast ratio, and color are all top-tier. These panels are designed for incredible contrast, in particular, so you’re getting deep blacks and bright highlights, which appear incredibly lifelike, making cinematic games look and feel way more atmospheric than your traditional LED offerings.
Premium color makes this a winner for gaming and content creators
With 99% DCI-P3 coverage and Delta E<2 accuracy, you’ve essentially got a monitor that’s great for gaming, and shares a lot in common with a professional-grade display for creative professionals. Double this up as a content creation workstation to get serious bang for your buck.
Who should buy this MSI 32-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor?
This is the type of monitor that’s going to be best paired with a very high-end 4K-ready gaming PC, or something more mid-tier that you may be looking to upgrade in the near future. To get the absolute most out of this, I’d highly recommend using it for video editing, too, as its DCI-P3 coverage lends itself very well to making accurate eidts inline with industry standards.
