Table of Contents
You can score this Stormcraft Falcon gaming PC for a cool $250 off right now at Newegg, and it’s now very competitively priced at $2,049.00. This PC is designed with QHD and 4K gaming performance in mind, packing an RX 9070 XT, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. For the price, it’s a cracking alternative to your typical RTX 5070 Ti builds, too, as you’re still getting a hefty 16GB of VRAM, albeit slightly older GDDR6 instead of GDDR7.
On top of this, the build itself is also primed for performance. You’ve got a B850 motherboard, 360mm AIO Liquid cooling, seven fans, an 850W 80+ Gold-rated PSU, and a roomy, premium PC case for optimal airflow. The only slight downer here is its smaller 1TB SSD, which could fill up quickly if you’re throwing every AAA game under the sun at it.

What we like about this Stormcraft Falcon RX 9070 XT gaming PC
One of the best CPUs for gaming on the market
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D benefits from an absolutely massive 96MB L3 cache and a 5.2GHz boost clock, which make it incredibly good for high-FPS gaming with low latency. Compared to many Intel Core Ultra alternatives, which tend to have around 30MB to 36MB L3 caches, many of the X3D models are better suited for esports at extreme frame rates and general gaming performance.
RX 9070 XT makes for a high-end QHD options, with solid 4K capabilities
This graphics card is one of the best you can buy in terms of price-to-performance, and it can even trade blows with the RTX 5070 Ti in raw performance. Its 16GB of VRAM, in particular, gives you a decent amount of breathing room for higher-resolution textures, more demanding games, and 4K gaming, while its newer RDNA 4 architecture brings notable improvements with ray tracing and AI capabilities.
32GB of DDR5 is ideal for modern AAA gaming and future releases
While 16GB is fine for gaming, 32GB gives you a lot more headroom for more demanding titles and future releases. And since it’s DDR5, you can expect excellent performance across the board, whether that’s reducing micro-stuttering or handling heavy multitasking.
Strong cooling and PSU setup for optimum performance
With seven fans and a 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler, you’re actually getting something that’s more than enough for this configuration. Considering the Ryzen 7 9800X3D has improved thermal architecture over the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, this build is primed for performance, even under heavy and sustained loads. The same goes for its 850W PSU, which, again, is more than adequate for this PC build.
