Originally announced in November last year, followed by a Kickstarter campaign, handheld manufacturer Abxylute says it is about to start shipping its new 3D One. You could say it combines the best of the Steam Deck and Nintendo 3DS by giving gamers the chance to enjoy glasses-free 3D visuals, along with access to a wide variety of games on the PC platform.

It also borrows design from Lenovo’s Legion Go, with detachable controllers and a large screen (10.95″ in this case). As such, the 3D Windows handheld is pretty hefty in size compared to its peers, while the 120Hz refresh rate and 2560 x 1600 resolution aim to deliver exceptional visual quality. The ability to convert 2D visuals into 3D is a key selling point.

3D One handheld shipping begins on February 3

According to a post on Abxylute’s official Discord server, shipping starts on February 3/4 (China local time), with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. The company says overseas deliveries usually take between 10 and 14 days due to customs processing. Furthermore, materials for a second batch “are currently being prepared and production is being scheduled”. This second batch is expected to be shipped “after Chinese New Year,” meaning early March.

The first shipping batch includes a total of 80 units, “covering backers up to approximately #160” (excluding those paying in installments or those who have not completed a customer survey).

On its official product page, Abxylute says the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V (Lunar Lake)-powered handheld offers easy 2D to 3D conversion, powered by AI. For gaming, there will be over 50 natively-optimized 3D Steam titles, offering engine-level 3D visuals. Over 40 have already been confirmed, with more to come. So far, here’s how that list looks, with 46 games in total:
