2025 is turning out to be a great year for AMD. First, we saw AMD dominating motherboard sales, followed by a strong lead in the CPU market. AMD has been beating Intel by a wide margin in the DIY CPU market. And now, there's more good news for AMD. The latest GPU sales report for large German retailer Mindfactory has been shared online, and this time, AMD has also taken the top spot in graphics card sales.

These GPU sales cover week 26 of 2025 (June 23 – June 29). According to the data, AMD sold more GPUs than Nvidia at the retailer, which may be surprising. Usually, Nvidia takes the top spot in such charts, especially with its popular RTX cards. But this time, AMD's RX 9070 XT is at the top of the chart with 210 units sold. Right behind it is the RX 9060 XT, which sold 165 units.

RTX 5060 Ti125
RTX 5070 Ti120
RX 7800 XT105

After AMD's top performers, we have Nvidia’s RTX 5060 Ti and 5070 Ti, selling 125 and 120 units, respectively. These cards are part of Nvidia’s latest RTX 50-series and were released this year. The lower sales numbers might be due to limited stock or price hike issues, which can often slow down sales. Normally, Nvidia cards lead the market, so seeing AMD in front is a bit surprising. However, it’s important to keep in mind that these numbers only cover a single retailer – these aren’t worldwide sales.

When we look at the full sales numbers, AMD sold 615 graphics cards in total during the week, which gave them a 53.95% share of all units sold. Nvidia followed closely with 515 units sold, holding 45.18% of the share. Intel, on the other hand, only managed to sell 10 GPUs, making up just 0.88%.

In terms of revenue, Nvidia still made more money. Even though AMD sold more units, Nvidia’s cards are more expensive on average, especially since they have the higher-end RTX 5080 and RTX 5090, both of which target higher levels of performance than AMD’s current generation. AMD's total revenue was about $327,814, while Nvidia brought in around $414,427. That means Nvidia made up about 55.75% of the revenue, compared to AMD's 44.1%, Intel makes up the remainder with 0.15%.
