Nvidia fans are currently looking forward to the launch of the RTX 5090. The flagship model was announced during CES 2025 alongside three other cards, and it’s currently scheduled to be released after three days, on January 30. Due to “extremely limited supply,” the RTX 5090, as well as the RTX 5080, will be difficult to grab at launch.

And if you’re planning to buy the RTX 5090 from Amazon, you’ll be glad to know that the card has been finally listed on the US storefront. We recommend checking out our guide on how you can increase your chances of getting an RTX 5090 Founders Edition on launch. RTX 5090 finally spotted on Amazon US

Last week, the RTX 5090 appeared on Amazon for the first time in two EU regions, with the RTX 5080 also listed. Since then, many have been waiting for the US store to list the upcoming flagship GPU. Finally, we’ve spotted the first RTX 5090 listing on Amazon US for a third-party model, the PNY GeForce RTX 5090 Epic-X ARGB Overclocked Triple Fan. Unfortunately, there's no price listed yet, as the page just says “currently unavailable.”

We don't expect the listing to be updated with a price before launch, as there's no mention of pre-orders. However, Nvidia confirmed that the RTX 5090 Founders Edition will launch with a price tag of $1,999, so we can expect third-party models to be priced anywhere between $2,200 and $2,600. PNY is one of the brands that tend to price their models lower compared to other AIB partners, like ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte, but that might not be the case for the 50 series according to a prominent leaker. Additionally, keep in mind that scalpers will take advantage of the limited-supply situation and list the card at much higher prices.

In any case, the RTX 5090 is just around the corner. It offers specs that we’ve never seen before in a gaming GPU – 32GB of GDDR7 VRAM and 21,760 CUDA cores. For comparison, its predecessor, the RTX 4090 had 24GB of GDDR6X VRAM and 16,384 cores. RTX 5090 reviews arrived last week, and the majority of the community is satisfied with the performance it delivers – though some of them are concerned about its power draw and price.
