There’s just one day to go before Samsung announces new tech at Galaxy Unpacked on February 25. Fans are looking forward to seeing what’s in store for the Galaxy S26 series, which is set to feature three models, and newly-leaked battery efficiency graphs provide us with a closer look at the power specs. The S26 was previously expected to feature a 4,300mAh battery, followed by 4,900mAh and 5,000mAh in the S26+ and S26 Ultra, respectively; leaked EU product information shows some discrepancy.

Despite slightly lower-than-expected results in the total battery capacity, the EU energy labels suggest the S26+ and S26 Ultra will both offer up to 55 hours of battery life on a single charge, while the base S26 will manage 51 hours. All three phones enjoy a top A rating for free-fall reliability tests and an IP68 rating for dust & water resistance. Repairability for all three phones is rated C.

According to data sourced by YTECHB, including energy rating charts and product information sheets for battery specs, durability, and more, the three phones will feature the following in their EU models:

  • 4,855mAh battery capacity
  • Up to 55 hours on a single charge
  • 80% capacity retention for 1,200 charging cycles

It’s uncertain how these specs will carry over to different regions, though they’re a solid guide for the time being. We have seen differences in battery capacities between regions before, but this is more of a physical SIM versus eSIM issue. Back when Apple released the iPhone 17, this was a prevalent point due to more regions getting the eSIM-only treatment.

With Galaxy Unpacked taking place on February 26 at 10 AM Pacific Time in San Francisco, we shouldn’t have to wait long to find out about the official specs and series’ launch schedule. Another leak earlier today says Samsung is bringing back its ‘double the storage’ pre-order bonus for all three S26 smartphones.
