Apple’s new flagship iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max smartphones are available at a wide range of retailers, and a new offer from Joybuy is giving customers in the UK and Europe more reason to shop around. Joybuy has confirmed that for both models, it is offering priority delivery and a trade-in program that can knock as much as £800 off the retail price.

Pre-orders on Joybuy opened up on September 12, ahead of the iPhone 18 Pro lineup’s official release on September 18. The retailer says pre-orders will be prioritized through its local delivery hubs and dedicated JoyExpress delivery network, with customers in eligible locations receiving their phones from launch day.

Things get even faster from September 19. Joybuy says eligible customers in selected Double 11 delivery areas could receive an iPhone 18 Pro or Pro Max in under four hours after placing their order. The company’s Double 11 network currently covers more than 40 million people across Europe, including over 17 million in the UK. Supported UK areas include Greater London, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Oxford, and Cambridge.

Why you should consider the iPhone 18 Pro series at Joybuy

Fast delivery isn’t the only benefit Joybuy is offering. Customers purchasing selected new iPhone models can use the retailer’s Trade-In program to save up to £800, depending on the device being traded in and its condition. And it isn’t limited to old iPhones. Eligible smartphones, laptops, tablets, and gaming consoles from different brands can also be traded in.

For estimated trade-in values of up to £500, eligible customers can select an Instant Discount option and have the estimated value taken directly off their new purchase at checkout. For example, if a new phone costs £1,000 and the old device receives an estimated £200 valuation, the customer could initially pay £800.

Trade-ins worth more than £500 work slightly differently. Customers can still receive up to £800, but the discount is applied after Joybuy’s trade-in partner receives the old device and verifies its condition. Shipping the old device for inspection is covered by Joybuy.

Joybuy is also offering its optional JoyCare protection service for eligible purchases, which can include extended warranty coverage, accidental damage protection, and, on selected devices, theft coverage. The company only launched in the UK in March 2026, so it’s relatively new to the region, but offers like this one should help boost its popularity.
