Finding the RTX 5070 Ti close to MSRP is proving to be a struggle. The high-mid range Nvidia graphics card originally launched with its MSRP set for $749, and while there was a period of time where you could easily find one for that price, costs have shot up, and many remain out of stock. You may have even come across some reports suggesting Nvidia has discontinued the 5070 Ti.

After some back and forth, ASUS made a statement to put those claims to rest, blaming “incomplete information” while confirming its 5070 Ti (and 5060 Ti 16GB) cards have not reached end-of-life (EOL) status. Despite still being in production, the company does confirm that stock is low, but we’ve managed to find a few old and new models under $1,000.

RTX 5070 Ti is still available for less than $1,000

Starting with brand-new models, the cheapest offering right now can be found at Walmart, which isn’t the first place we tend to go looking for a new graphics card. In any case, the Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti Windforce OC card is currently listed for just $829.99. That’s a solid $80 above Nvidia’s originally asking price, but as far as the current market goes, this is a mighty steal.

You can turn to Amazon for an alternative – the MSI Gaming Inspire 3X OC variant. This is a card that has had a turbulent price history, as demonstrated by the price tracking site Camelcamelcamel, which reveals the card was as cheap as $789.99 back in July and August. It has been up and down since then, surging to its current $925.01 price tag at the beginning of 2026.

If you don’t mind going the open-box/pre-owned route, then there are a couple of great options from Best Buy. We spotted two cards from Gigabyte and ASUS selling for less than $850, and even one for as low as $805.99.
