AMD Redstone has finally been released. AMD previously said it was on track for 2025, and it arrives today (December 10), with three of the four features available. FSR Radiance Caching will be added at a later date, in 2026. In any case, one of the important upgrades is to AMD’s new frame generation solution, which is now machine learning (ML) powered, and simply called FSR Frame Generation. The Redstone upgrade, like FSR 4, is exclusive to the RX 9000 series GPUs, currently headed by the RX 9070 XT.

In total, there is support for over 200 games for FSR Redstone, though this includes any title that can use “one or more” of its features. For Redstone’s new ML-powered frame generation, this value drops to just over 30. A few games that obviously benefit from the tech are widely used in AMD’s marketing – such as Black Ops 7 and F1 25 – however, now a full list has been revealed.

Which games support AMD FSR Redstone Frame Generation?

AMD said there will be 30+ games that support the new ML-powered FSR Frame Generation. At launch, there are 32 games in total that receive support. It’s worth noting that games marked with an asterisk (*) have AMD FSR Upscaling natively integrated and don’t require the AMD Software upscaling upgrade feature. These games already use AMD FSR 3.1.4 or higher.

The full list of Redstone games is much longer. Like we said, this includes any game that supports at least one of its features. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was the first game to be supported, even ahead of the full December 10 launch, thanks to the addition of ML Ray Regeneration in November.
