Legion Go handheld drops to all-time low price in time for Cyber Monday, now even cheaper than rival ROG Ally
Table of Contents
We think that Lenovo’s Legion Go handheld is one of the best on the market. There’s plenty of tough competition out there – it isn’t easy to win customers over when devices like the Steam Deck exist. Even still, the Go offers many features its rivals do not, such as a larger screen, higher resolution, and detachable controllers. Plus, as a Windows device, it unlocks extra performance thanks to AMD’s AFMF 2 tech.
With three new models reportedly on the way, the original Legion Go is in prime position to enjoy a discount. Well, and the fact Black Friday just passed us by doesn’t hurt. Next up is Cyber Monday and the handheld has now dropped to its lowest-ever price on Amazon, so there’s no better time to grab one.

Lenovo Legion Go is cheaper than the comparable ROG Ally Z1 Extreme
Usually listed at $699.99, the 512GB model has dropped to just $472.97 on Amazon. If you’ve been holding out for a solid discount, now’s the time to strike. At the time of writing, the 512GB ASUS ROG Ally (with the same Z1 Extreme processor) is $499.99, so the Legion Go undercuts it and boasts even better specs; the Ally features a 7″ 1080p (1920 x 1080) 120Hz display by comparison. The lack of VRR on the Go is one downside though.
It’s also worth mentioning that Valve has indeed discounted a couple of its Steam Deck models as part of the Autumn Sale, which lasts until December 4th. This only accounts for the discontinued models though, so you’re at the mercy of stock levels and they may not be available in your region anymore. For a new 512GB OLED model, you’ll have to pay $549, though admittedly the 512GB LCD at $336.75 is a nice deal if you can find it in stock.
