Noctua is a brand known for its air coolers, but the Austrian cooling manufacturer is finally dipping its toe into new waters. At Computex 2025, Noctua announced its entry into the all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler market, sticking to its iconic brown and beige aesthetic and featuring the Asetek G8 V2 pump. For now, Noctua has decided not to go for a completely in-house development from scratch, but rather focus on refining what is already available by improving cooling performance, efficiency, and noise levels.

As a result, the company has also redefined what quiet means in an AIO solution by engineering its own sound insulation system for the pump unit. In addition to a custom three-layer insulation setup, an integrated mass damper has been added to reduce pump vibrations, which will support three operating modes: Quiet, Balanced, and Manual.

The AIO system will come in three different sizes

Noctua plans to release its AIO water cooling system in three size variants: 420 mm, 360 mm, and 240 mm. The fans used will be the NF-A14x25 G2 (140 mm) or the brand-new NF-A12x25 G2 (120 mm). These AIO coolers will also feature Noctua’s SecuFirm+ mounting system, which means users with existing Noctua air coolers most likely won’t need to change the mount. There is also an optional 80 mm fan that can be attached as a VRM cooler using a magnet.

Noctua hasn’t announced any pricing details for its first AIO water coolers, as they aren’t scheduled to hit the market until the first quarter of 2026, with no exact release date. Interestingly, the company also showcased a working prototype of the “Thermosiphon” for the first time in Taipei, confirming that production models are on the way. However, the technology is not yet ready for production and still needs time to address challenges like CPU hotspots.
