While many Nvidia fans are waiting for the new RTX 50 series cards, expected to be revealed today on January 6th, the company has something special in store right now. As part of their GeForceGreats series, they’re giving away a powerful GPU signed by no other than Jensen Huang, the founder and CEO of Nvidia.

This is the second signed and framed GPU included in a giveaway as of late – the GeForce 8800 Ultra (Nvidia’s first CUDA GPU) was up for grabs last week.

RTX 3080 giveaway and how to enter

The GeForceGreats series is a campaign by Nvidia that has been offering amazing prizes. In the previous giveaways, we’ve seen the company offering an RTX 4080 Super paired with either Cyberpunk 2077 or World of Warcraft goodies. Before that, we also saw a custom Stalker 2-themed RTX 4090. But this time, they’ve decided to offer a limited-edition RTX 3080.

Participating in the giveaway is a pretty straightforward process. Nvidia made sure to keep the process as simple as possible so everyone could participate in it. All you have to do is head over to the official giveaway post on GeForce’s X account and reply to the post with #GeForceGreats. Once done, you’ll be included in the giveaway.

This will most likely be the last giveaway that Nvidia will be hosting before the CES 2025 event, which will kick off tomorrow. While the entries to the GeForceGreats giveaways will close today, Nvidia is expected to announce the winners on or around February 28th. Make sure to go through the recent post on GeForce’s X account and participate in every other giveaway that the company is currently hosting to maximize your chances of winning something.

In any case, the RTX 3080 is easily one of the best GPUs for gaming out there. I’ve been personally using the card for over two years and it hasn’t disappointed me even once. Even at 4K, the card helps run almost every game smoothly. If you win the RTX 3080 signed by Jensen Huang, you can either choose to hang it on your wall or throw it inside your rig if you’re currently using a weaker card.
