Even ahead of the release date, leakers were suggesting that stock would be limited, even more than the 5070. Well, now that the release has come around, we can see that finding the 5060 Ti in stock (whether it be an 8GB or 16GB model) is pretty tough right now.

Is the RTX 5060 Ti out of stock because of scalping?
GPU scalping has become a problem at pretty much every graphics card launch we’ve covered in recent times. All previous RTX 50 series cards, as well as AMD’s new RX 9070 series GPUs, have fallen victim to scalpers. At the time of writing, we can easily find many RTX 5060 Ti models being sold at inflated prices on marketplaces such as eBay.
Alternative ways to buy an RTX 5060 Ti
If you’re struggling to buy an RTX 5060 Ti on launch day online, then there are a couple of alternatives to think about. The first one is to opt for a prebuilt gaming PC. RTX 5060 series gaming PCs appeared online much earlier than we expected, and now there are many more to choose from. These tend to stay in stock for longer than the individual cards, so it’s a viable option if you’re looking for a full PC upgrade.
Another alternative is searching for these cards in-store. Retailers such as Micro Center (in the US) are often your best bet for finding a new GPU around launch, especially when online retailers have all been scalped or simply lack sufficient stock for their customers.
