Two new RTX 50 series graphics cards have just been launched. INNO3D has released its single-slot, water-cooled variants of the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080, which were showcased a couple of months ago at Computex. The new iChill Frostbite Pro models are equipped with full water block coverage and a reinforced carbon fiber backplate to keep temperatures under control.

It’s an impressive feat, shrinking them down to a single-slot design, especially when we’re used to seeing these AIB cards take up a considerable amount of space – ASUS’s ROG Astral RTX 5080, for example, is a chunky 3.8 slots. Nvidia slimmed down the high-end 50 series graphics cards to just 2 slots (40mm) for its Founders Edition models.

These aren’t the first Frosbitte RTX 50 series GPUs to be made by INNO3D; the brand announced dual-slot versions a few months ago featuring an Alphacool water block. However, this updated series shrinks it down even further, to one slot measuring just 20mm – half as slim as the FE models.

We don’t expect these to be very popular among gamers outside of custom small form factor builds. Instead, they are best utilized for workstations, servers, or AI systems, since it will be possible to install more than one card in a rig at this size. You can read more about the iChill Frostbit Pro graphics cards below.

There is no official pricing for these water-cooled GPUs in the U.S. just yet, as they aren’t currently available for purchase. However, we expect to see them release sometime in mid-August, based on to Norwegian retailer, Euro-Tec AS, which lists the 5090 for 29,976.80 Kroner (excluding VAT), which translates to around $2,950.
