RTX 5090 is now out of stock
The RTX 5090 first appeared on Amazon US a few days ago, but the listing didn't include a price, and pre-orders weren't available. This left buyers with no choice but to wait until launch day, hoping to secure a unit. Unfortunately, even though the GPU was released today and briefly available at major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Newegg, it is now out of stock.

The worst part is that there's no word on when the next RTX 5090 batch will arrive. Previous reports already warned of an “extremely limited supply” at launch for both the RTX 5090 and 5080. Even MSI recently confirmed that their RTX 5090 cards won't be available until February 6, with StinceBuilt, a custom prebuilt gaming PC company, confirming the same.
Now that the RTX 5090 is out of stock and extremely hard to find, scalpers will likely take advantage of the situation by listing the card at extremely high prices on eBay and similar platforms. In fact, even before its release, someone listed an RTX 5090 on eBay for $6,000. Given the current stock issues, we can expect many more similar listings to appear.
