Has the RTX 5090 release time & RTX 5080 release time actually been confirmed?

There’s been no official confirmation from Nvidia as to the specific time these graphics cards will be available to buy, however almost every major release by the company lands at the same time, so everyone is pretty confident we will see the graphics cards available to buy at 9AM EST as they always are.
