Three RX 9060 XT models show up early in retailer listings with price tags revealed

At Computex 2025, AMD announced the budget graphics cards in its Radeon RX 9000 lineup, the RX 9060 XT, which will come in two variants: 8GB and 16 GB. The 9060 XT 8GB was listed with an MSRP of $299, and the 16GB variant had a price tag of $349.
However, when it comes to third-party variants, the price is more than the MSRP, as they add in different design elements, overclock the GPU, and include robust cooling solutions to keep the temperature under control. That is exactly what we recently saw when a retailer showcased the RX 9060 XT with the prices of its two variants days before its launch.
RX 9060 XT (8GB and 16GB) early showcase
A US retail store with locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Central Computers, showcased three RX 9060 XT graphics cards prematurely, and all three of them are from ASRock. The 8GB variant is priced at $319, while two 16GB cards have a price tag of $369.99 and $389.99, respectively.
So, as I said before, depending on the manufacturer and the features it has included, the price is usually higher than MSRP. Even between the 16GB cards, there is a difference, and as one is the RX 9060 XT Challenger, while the other is the RX 9060 XT Steel Legend.
Compared to the MSRP, you'd be paying $20.99 extra for the 8GB variant and the RX 9060 XT Challenger. For the RX 9060 XT Steel Legend, it'll set you back an extra $40.99. Whether this extra amount will result in better performance, we can't say for sure, as there is no mention of custom OC on the page.
This might be the final price for these upcoming graphics cards, and compared to the competition, the RX 9060 XT still has better value for money. Early benchmarks revealed that it comes out on top in synthetic benchmarks compared to the RTX 5060 Ti and the 4060 Ti, based on our in-house testing versus a leaked benchmark online. We also ran some gaming benchmarks where it is much closer to those cards, though the exact system specs differ enough to make this a less 1:1 comparison.
