inZOI is a brand-new life simulator that's getting a lot of praise from players. Many believe it's better than The Sims in almost every way, especially when it comes to graphics, as the visuals are stunning. Everything looks detailed – characters, objects, buildings, and the world itself. Whether you're indoors or outside, the game feels realistic and alive, and it’s clear the developers put a lot of effort into making the game visually impressive.

The good news is that inZOI isn't a fast-paced shooter, so you don't need extremely high FPS to enjoy it. As long as you're getting more than 60 FPS, the game will feel smooth. But to really enjoy the beautiful graphics, you need to use the right settings based on your PC's hardware. To help you out, I'll show you the settings I used to get both great visuals and smooth performance in inZOI.

Best inZOI PC settings for high FPS

First, let's talk about the PC I'm using to play inZOI. My setup includes an RTX 3080, a Ryzen 5 5600X, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. The RTX 3080 might be a bit old now, but it still delivers strong performance. Using the settings mentioned below, I was able to get over 60 FPS without ruining the visual quality at 1440p.

There are a few key settings that affect FPS and visuals the most – Shadow Quality, Anti-Aliasing Quality, Ray Tracing, Reflection Quality, Global Illumination Quality, and Post-Processing Quality. These have the biggest impact on how the game looks and how well it runs. I had to tweak these settings to match the power of my card. But if you're using a stronger GPU, like an RTX 4080 Super or better, you can safely max out these settings.

On top of that, I had to keep Ray Tracing off because, again, I was unable to get over 50 FPS with my RTX 3080 when RT was on. But without it, the visuals still looked stunning. Also, keep in mind that the game is currently in early access, so you might face performance issues. The developers will most likely keep releasing new updates from time to time, so keep an eye out for them as they’ll help with improving the overall performance.

In any case, here are the best inZOI PC settings that I recommend for getting over 60 FPS and super visual quality:

Additional tips for improving performance in inZOI

There are also a few extra tips that can help improve performance in inZOI. First, make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. Running the game with old drivers can cause problems like stuttering, crashing, or lower FPS. Nvidia, AMD, and Intel often release driver updates to make their graphics cards work better with new games like inZOI. So always check for the latest update and install it.

Next, try to close any background applications before playing. Having too many programs running while you play puts an extra load on your system. This can slow down performance and stop you from getting the best experience. Closing apps you don't need will free up memory and processing power, which can make a big difference while playing inZOI.
