What this gaming monster brings to the table
Heavy-hitting Core Ultra 7 270K Plus
The Core Ultra 7 270K Plus is the face of the LGA 1851 platform as it offers better performance than the Core Ultra 9 285K with a lower price tag. The biggest complaint with the 285K was the subpar single-core output, but this CPU did a great job of overcoming that shortcoming. The productivity is pretty much the same, and even in areas where the 285K does win, the difference isn’t a lot, and paying a lot more doesn’t make sense.

It also has 24 cores and threads with a 5.5GHz boost clock speed, and the rest of the specifications are more or less the same, but this processor supports up to DDR5 7200 MT/s, giving it the advantage. So, using Intel XMP 3.0, you can overclock the RAM for enhanced performance. So, this heavyweight champion is ready for anything you can throw at it, such as rendering, compression, encoding, AI, simulations, and more, making it one of the best processors on the market.
Premium graphics card
The parallel processing of the RTX 5080 is no joke, and with it by your side, you’re set for years to come. It runs games at native 4K, and you can turn on ray tracing for the best visuals and leverage DLSS 4.5 and MFG to ensure that the FPS doesn’t tank. The 16GB GDDR7 VRAM with a 256-bit interface width gives it massive bandwidth, and that comes in handy when you have to handle resource-heavy workflows and different processes in parallel. So, the “highway” doesn’t get choked, bringing the performance of the card down.
It is a perfect fit for professional settings where extreme output is common, as it would thrive in that environment and is meant for that. To better understand what it is capable of, we recommend checking out our RTX 5080 FE, ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5080 OC, and the ASUS RTX 5080 Noctua OC Edition reviews.
Robust liquid cooling
There is a lot that you can focus on with this gaming PC, but we think the 360mm AIO deserves a shoutout. The 270K Plus has a 250W max TDP, meaning it can get really hot, and if you don’t cool it down, it’ll bring the entire system down with it. So, to take care of that, especially if you plan on overclocking it, the 360mm AIO was added so that regardless of the task at hand, this processor will remain cool and away from its 100°C threshold. That being said, the Arrow Lake processors do run pretty cool, especially compared to previous generations, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
