If you’re looking for a new rig that packs the best gaming GPU and CPU for the money that’s currently on the market, then look no further. The Andromeda Insights Ultra 50 V2 is a hugely powerful gaming prebuilt, constructed around the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card (click on the links for our reviews on both). With 32GB DDR5 6000, a 2TB Gen4 SSD, 850W Gold PSU, and a 360mm AIO cooling setup backing it up, along with Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and a generous warranty package, it has the right specs for serious 1440p and 4K gaming.
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor in this PC helps minimize CPU bottlenecks and up those 1% lows in games that cause stuttering, especially in esports, simulation, strategy, and CPU-sensitive titles, while the RTX 5080 handles the graphics load for demanding AAA games. DLSS 4 should help boost frame rates in supported titles, particularly at 4K or with ray tracing enabled. The 32GB DDR5 6000 memory and 2TB NVMe SSD round out the system well, helping with quick loading, smooth multitasking, and large game libraries. The 850W Gold PSU is also a sensible fit for an RTX 5080-class build. Cooling is handled by a 360mm ARGB AIO and multiple case fans, which should help the 9800X3D maintain strong performance under load. What we like about this Andromeda Insights Ultra 50 V2 RTX 5080 Gaming Desktop
Strong Ryzen 7 9800X3D gaming CPU
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is one of the strongest gaming processors available, thanks to its 8-core, 16-thread design and 96MB of L3 cache. The 3D V-Cache design is particularly useful in games that benefit from large cache capacity, helping improve frame rates and reduce CPU-side bottlenecks.

RTX 5080 16GB graphics
The GeForce RTX 5080 16GB gives this system excellent high-end gaming potential. Its GDDR7 memory, Blackwell-generation architecture, DLSS 4 support, and advanced ray tracing hardware make it suitable for 1440p high-refresh gaming, 4K gaming, streaming, and GPU-accelerated creative workloads.
32GB DDR5 6000 memory
The 32GB DDR5 6000 configuration is a sensible match for an AM5 gaming build. It gives modern games, background apps, streaming software, and creative tools enough memory headroom, while the 2 x 16GB layout leaves additional slots available for future expansion.
2TB Gen4 NVMe storage
A 2TB Gen4 NVMe SSD gives the system plenty of fast storage for Windows, game libraries, launchers, captures, and creative files. For modern AAA games, which can take up huge amounts of space, 2TB is a more comfortable starting point than 1TB.
Warranty and support package
Andromeda includes a 2-year parts warranty, lifetime labor warranty, lifetime service warranty, stress testing, and careful packaging. That support package is a useful extra for buyers who want a prebuilt desktop but still want some reassurance around component reliability and service.
Who’s this RTX 5080 and Ryzen 7 9800X3D PC deal suitable for?
This Andromeda Insights Ultra 50 V2 is best for gamers who want a high-end prebuilt built around two of the most desirable gaming components: the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RTX 5080. It is a strong fit for 1440p ultra, 4K gaming, high-refresh monitors, VR, and users who want ray tracing with DLSS support. It is also a good choice for buyers who want a powerful system without assembling it themselves. However, some listing details appear inconsistent, such as the CPU being described as 6-core in one area despite the 9800X3D being an 8-core chip, so buyers should verify final component details with the seller.
