Why we like this Stormcraft Phantom gaming PC

Its processor is a win from a pricing and all-rounder performance perspective

The Intel Core Ultra 7 265F may not be as much of a gaming powerhouse as the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, but it’s a great ‘do it all’ option to go for, if you’re after exceptional multitasking and workstation capabilities. Its higher core and thread count, coupled with its 5.3Ghz boost clock speed, make it adept at handling a wide range of demanding creative workflows, all the while being capable of pushing high framerates with low frame latency, too.

It features one of the best graphics cards for 4K

You’ve got the RTX 5080 here, which has 16GB of GDDR7 and boasts 4th-gen ray tracing cores, 5th-gen tensor cores, and exclusive MFG technology. This is a powerhouse for 4K gaming at ultra settings and ray tracing, and it’s also a powerful pick for professional creatives working in Blender, Premiere Pro, and other popular editing applications.

32GB of DDR5 is ideal for this type of configuration, and not overkill, either

This amount of RAM is going to help reduce microstuttering in more demanding games, like Cyberpunk 2077, for instance, and give you plenty of headroom for future releases, too. It’s also more than enough for streaming, recording video, running background applications, and ensuring you can edit large files without your system slowing down.

2TB of storage is great for hybrid usage

This amount of storage is great if you’re looking for something to hold both games and dense creative files, like PSDs and 4K footage. You can save it and pretty much forget it at this size, and with some AAA games tipping the scales at 100GB, a 2TB SSD makes a lot more sense nowadays for most people.

Stylish PC case with excellent airflow and cooling

This PC delivers the goods when it comes to aesthetics, with tempered glass panels giving you a full view into its inner, aRGB workings, and it also packs a powerful 360mm AIO liquid cooler with seven fans, to keep everything running at its best.

All you need is a monitor, and your setup is complete

This PC comes with a keyboard and mouse included in the price, so all you need is a good 1440p or 4K monitor, and you can use this straight away.

It comes with a free game!

For a limited time, you get a Pragmata game bundle with your purchase, and since it’s been going down an absolute storm critically, we’d say that’s a big win!

How good is this deal?

So, from my experience finding RTX 5080 gaming PC deals, I can say that this particular deal does stand out from the crowd, especially with its add-ons, like the Pragmata game bundle and keyboard and mouse.

The big win here is getting an RTX 5080 prebuild for under $2,500, which is one of the lowest prices you can get. Considering many RTX 5080 builds can hover around $2,800 to $3,000, at this lower price, it leaves you room to purchase a decent 4K monitor and have your setup ready to go in a flash.

Of course, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, RTX 5080 build is going to be superior for gaming, and a touch more expensive, but that’s not a big deal, mind you, especially if you’re using this PC for gaming and as a workstation.
